At PackProTV.com, we take pride in delivering premium digital services and products. Due to the nature of our offerings—most of which are intangible digital goods—our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.
1. General Policy
By placing an order with PackProTV, you agree to this refund and returns policy. Please read it carefully before making any purchases.
2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
We sell digital products such as:
- IPTV Subscriptions
- Website Templates and Themes
- Software Tools & Cybersecurity Scripts
- Hosting & Web Services
⚠️ All digital products and services are non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed.
This includes downloadable files, license keys, IPTV login credentials, and any custom work once it has started or been delivered
3. Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Granted
We may offer a refund under the following exceptional cases:
- Technical Error on Our Side: If a product is not delivered due to a server error or payment failure.
- Non-Functionality: If the product is proven defective or unusable and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product/service twice, and it hasn't been used or activated.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
4. Custom Services & Projects
For services such as:
- Web Design & Development
- Cybersecurity Consultations
- Custom Hosting or Deployment
A partial refund may be considered only before work has begun. Once the service is in progress or delivered, no refund will be issued unless agreed upon in writing.
5. IPTV Subscriptions – Special Note
Due to the high risk of abuse and piracy, IPTV services are strictly non-refundable once activated. We encourage all customers to test with a trial plan before subscribing to a full package.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with:

- Order ID or email used at purchase
- A detailed reason for the refund request

Each case is reviewed individually. If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before opening a dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider, please contact our support. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or denial of future service.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
